1 no you don't, seriously you don't.

2 mods such as intake exhaust, done right, don't hurt your mpg. Actually even if you look at gas sever type sites, it is how you drive.

Think of it logically. A motor is really just an air pump. So if that motor can pull air in, and push it out easier, then it will run better. More hp in an N/A state can = more MPG. It depends on the emission systems, and more then anything else, how you drive.

2, have you looked at the pictures in this thread look and tell me my motor isnt just intake and exhaust

no geo's get, like 58 gay mpg. get a bike and you will not only get that, but you will actualy like to drive/ride it.

and yes you have no intake, just an exhaust, and a welded diff, still that really isn't going to hurt your mpg.

i have NO emissions my car if fully gutted and strait piped, the intake side is bored out, the injectors were being pushed but i changed ecu's when the CDM one blew up, and alot of other sick ass mods

nuttin much man, last week i installed poly bushings & my new toe rods. & im waiting on my ruca's to be shipped so i can get the rear aligned.

you had me rolling there, fonix we all know you got the skills to do work on s13's. but i will ad that cutting the outer metal sleeves of the stock bushings & chiseling em out of the arms was the biggest PITA!!! i have never installed a part that cost so little, but is that laborious to install. well worth it though, i def recommend:thumbsup

+1 the results are worth the pain. I think I'll buy a cheep press from harbor freight when I do it on my s13 though.

i just built my own. i bought a 10 ton jack off a guy for 50bux, welded a support brace below & above the jack allowing 3feet of clearance for the piston. it worked for me. i was referring to how much a PITA cutting & chiseling out the metal sleeves were. i love the solid feel of em though, my rear end is much more stable now:dancingna

oh i moded the fuck out of my car..
the overflow tank broke and im using a 2 liter coke bottle as my shit now ill post picts today that shit is crazy lol


anyone want to give me some better fans then i have mine isnt getting the job done. when i start to slide it overheats

and if anyone has parts they dont need ill take them off your hands

Remember i keep it LOW BUDGET

i got a dual flex-a-light with 12" fans, but been waiting. Either till I get radiator big enough, or till I get one that is worth of cutting the shroud.

no go to ebay, or the junk yard.

also doing, cheep mods, such as by passing the emissions, and coke bottles for an over flow, does not count. I am sorry, I like your build, but build smart, not geto. I know that I am not doing a completely low budget builder. Still there are times when I go low ball. still look at it reasonably. Get a used overflow. My local u-pull sells em for, $6.99. look at how thick the plastic difference is?

I know that isn't the problem. it is that your fan clutch is going out, or not enough for drifting. Think about it the fan is suppose to help pull air threw on top of air forced threw. do you have a fan shroud?

im not going to egay every i dont give a fuck i have only ever bought one thing from there and i will NEVER buy anything from there again fuck that i rather beg for change to buy some fans from the dealer then go back to that shit.

I dont have a clutch fan i have an electric one but its the stock one and i need something with more balls for when i get sideways my ride doesnt overheat

fuck you i like my overflow tank i think it give the car some chericter.

sorry miss-spelled, ment flex-a-lite, not from egay. also you have to make sure what your buying, and the seller is good from egay. Still there is some great deals.

try getting a 12" push fan to throw on the front. I would check some trucks at you local junk yard.
