audi led style headlights?

my friend with a 09 sti is trying to figure out a way to install white led's across the bottom of his headlights, kinda like audi cars have. he wants them rigged up to a switch so he can have them on when the car is off. and suggestions on the best way to wire/secure them? maybe if they look good ill try them on a old set of headlights that i have.. not sure if they will look good on a kouki, i think the headlights might be too sqaure.

anyways if anyone has any ideas that would be sweet, thanks

get some flexible LED strips...
like so:

bake the headlights and open them up, secure the LED strips.
make sure you get strips made for a 12v system.

make sure u make it really bright like the Audi's or it will look like shit...total ricer status

yah definently thats why im trying to be super carefull. i have seen pics of people that have done it with shitty leds and it looks like a glowing white strip. also i am hearing bad things about those led flexible strips.. ill probably try and drill holes in the bottom of the housing and fit the led's that way.
