On my 96 240sx what would be the best upgrade to start with? A full suspension with camber adjustments or a header and full bolt on exhaust?

i would want to go full exhaust.......you can go expensive like hks high power and a nice header, or ebay knock offs!
either way you will see horse power gain and it will sound better!
while suspension is nice it can wait......ive owned my s13 and i went through 2different turbos and 2 different catbacks before i bought my God speed coilover set.......

Just get your self a set of nice coil overs, lower the car and then get it aligned.
Then save up for maybe an Intake, Head & Exhaust.

:iagree: Seat time is the most important. Unless you have a car (most new cars) that will drive itself.

LOL - None of these cars are new.
My personal preference:
Maint > Seat time > suspension > wheels / tires > drive-train >power

if you're like most of us and drive your car on the street more than on the track, I'd say do the power upgrades. In my opinion, the fun-factor is higher. Again, this is for a street car. A suspension, while very important for a track car, doesn't do much for you on the street and degrades the daily-ness more-so than engine and power mods. Like Cielo said, it's preference. And, of course, this is my opinion.
