ooo shit sorry fellas i fudged up big time on that one... but yeah it wont leme upload the pic but its like a mesh type peice of metal

blasted cat fersure
Yep, you can do one of two things now. Replace it with a cat delete or (my personal fav.) go down to your local hardware store and purchase a broom handle and a mallet, then remove your cat from the rest of the exhaust and place it upright on the ground and insert broom handle. I think you can figure out the rest from there. :) Proceed with aforementioned technique until there is no internal cat left, then re-install cat.

ok sweet so besides emissions and all that b/s wich i dont have in ohio n e way i need 2 know is there any benifit or bad in not running a cat basically

Since the cat is falling apart, it will probably benefit you to "delete" it. The method you choose is your preference. This also leaves you the option to go with a hi-flow cat, if you want to keep things legit. Back in the day, when I was living in Dayton, there was emissions testing (depends on location in Ohio, usually they test in counties with big cities) and my RX-7 failed miserably. I looked at options and ended up purchasing a hi-flow cat from Summit Racing. They are in the Midwest somewhere, I can't remember where. Anyway, the package took about three days to get to my house.

yeah rick i live 20 min from summit haha i go there all the time and yea honnestly i have no e check or emmisiion test i already deleted my egr etc... so just hollow it out the rest f the way and no harm done and im good in he long run too

In the short term, you will be ok, but for best results, I would eventually go with a cat delete because it will allow for a less turbulent exhaust flow.

sweet ordered just a min ago 79.99 megan racing ftw

your local muffler shop can probably help you out with this one too, since you've already ordered one this probably wont help you out but anyway the muffler shop can just weld in a piece of straght pipe and it wold probly only cost about $50 at a reasonable shop. the shop I go to here would probably do it for a case of beer and no money.
