Hey everyone my name is mikie and I own a 90 nissan 240sx hatch its currently my project car and my daily driver. This is the second 240sx I have had the first one got impounded when I got pulled over for driving on a suspended license. I live in la quinta ca and have friends that can get sr swaps for cheap so that's my plan for my 240. I am currently looking for an s13 front end

guess i should introduce myself. I'm in the marines and i'm a helicopter mech on the mv-22. I own a 1989 240sx hatchback that i bought for 300 dollars it ran when i got it know its being stripped down so i can build it up the way i want to. My plans is a rb25. i spent my time in japan and i know how these engine react. Most of the time i noticed that the rb25 was more reliable than the rb26. don't know why just what i have noticed. I also have a 2002 subaru wrx that is pushing 382hp and 359 ft lbs to the wheels. And my final car is a 2000 honda civic that i drive as a daily driver. I have experience in ecu tuning, some engine swaps, and making custom pieces weather it be for an engine or fabricating dash or panels. I don't have any experience in welding but i want to learn so i don't have to take parts to a friends house to have it done. I have a decent amount of electrical skills, but they can also be improved alot. Well thats about it. If you guys have any questions pm me with them if you don't mind.

just registered on the boards. been around more than a few local nissan boards. first car i ever owned is my 1989 r32 gtr and still have it to this day. owned a s13 coupe before. beside the r32 i also have 2 lexus sc400. came on here since im a forum whore and if you guys have anything to ask about r32's or rb26dett then dont be shy. ill try to answer them to the best of my abilities.

Whats up everyone, my name is Case and Im a n000000b

3 years ago I didnt really now what a 240 was. I started looking for a new car, to replace my accord for somthing wayyyy cooooler. So after doing some looking around I found a Zenki. It had a KA in t. I researched and learned about the SR. I wanted to change out the motors, but I know nothing about working on cars, lol. I brought it into a shop, with my friend. I couldnt change my own oil, but I started cutting everything attached to the motor and had it pulled out in about an hour, haha. I didnt know what I was doing so thats where it all started. I bought am Sr but learned about comression and got a tester, and found out it was REALLLY low, so I started taking my SR apart with no clue. wtf. Eventually I was over my head, and had to have some locals at a machine shop and performance shop help me out, lol. Im still a noob with my s14, but I love love love love it and I can change my own oil now. Here is a pic from last summer, my my engine bay. I also have everything on my hotside aftermarket, including apexi dual N1 which sounds amazing to me! <3

Hey whats up! Just bought my first 240, already love it, my insurance in now a third what it used to be, I have 300 miles on the clock and have only filled the thing up once. AWESOME. I live in charlotte NC.

Its a 1995 240sx SE without a sunroof :gaah: It has 136k on the body, motor, tranny, everything is all original. No real mods are done to it except new paint. I guess a lip counts too. Thats all I can think about... the rotors are warped pretty bad, I got my hands on some 30mm aluminum nissan 300z calipers, new 280mm rotors as well, and now I'm just waiting on the conversion brake lines. But this is her.

im a noob to the website, but not to 240's

My name is marco palacios. I'm 20yrs old. I've loved 240sx's for 6 yrs now. I drive a 98' v6 vtec honda accord as my daily driver, but I hate it! The 240sx's have always been one of my dream cars. For the longest time I wanted a flat nose, 240sx s13 hatchback w/ s15 front conversion. But over time my tastes changed & a friend of mine got a s13 hatch & I didn't wanna get the same car. I just bought a 89' pig nose s13 coupe (obviously w the single cam ka24e) for $175. Its not running but the body is in good shape other then a couple of dents. My friend has gotten his s13 running but his is the dohc motor (ka24de) & I wasn't around when he'd work on it. My motor came already apart in my car, so I'm kinda lost cuz idk what parts r missing & where things go (seeing as I wasn't the one to take it apart.) So I made this profile in hopes that someone, or everyone, will help me put it back together & get her running. I want to know what all is important & what can be bypassed to get it running asap. PLZ HELP. Thanx a bunch. (Plz private msg me. Ill prob lose track of the thread)

Hi everyone! New around here. Sad to say I am in the process of parting out my 240. I love the cars but I am moving so its got to go. I have a few parts that I thought some people would be interested in. Hope to one day build again.

I dont have much money right now and all I want to do constantly is slide.
Just kinda recently got into the whole drifting thing, but I don't know the most about cars.
Any help would be awesome! This site seems very informative and I hope I can learn as much as I can
about building my drift machine.

What's up everyone name's Kurt, I currently do not own a 240 but am looking for a s14. I currently have a boosted tC and a Jeep, looking to get rid of both of them for a newer suv and get a 240 as a new project :) Need something a little cheaper to modify instead of a 08' tC espically with a kid on the way. Here's pics of the tC.

Sup, I'm Justin. I got a 95 240SX, base model that I am doing an SR Swap in right now. I've done everything myself and I am learning a lot more everyday. It's so damn fun. It's my first 240SX but probably not my last. Going to by an S13 coupe in the fall most likely for a DD and what not. Anyways glad to be here!

whats upp 240 nation. actually buyin my first 240 tomorrow, going to be a project drift car. Pickin up a 90 s13, which some basic stuff done, nothin special. Car have kind of become my life, i also have a 95 integra with a b18b and a bunch of stuff done, that is now my secondary project until winter.

Im Brian just moved to florida from NY. Went to wyotech for automotive with high performance motorsports and chassis fabrication. Trying to find more work in the field but am now getting a 1990 240 coupe and going to try with a sr20det swap. swaps iv done before include a 3rd gen firebird v6-v8 same with a 74 nova hatch back and same with an 84 rx7 still have that last one but now its time for imported fun

My names Zack Stone. I'm from the great fucking state of Florida, In an Awesomely Funtastic city of Orlando. I drive an 89' Nissan 240sx Hatchback. Her name is Evalee ( Evaa-Lee) her nickname is microwave, Do to the shear fact that it has NO A/C!!!!! It has a 94' KA in it. The paint is Blue and is pretty clean for a 22 year old car. Its NOT a drift car. I baby it till the day she dies.

Hi 240SX forum, I'm Luke. I bought my 1990 240SX in May and I've been lurking here ever since.
The car is in amazing condition. No rust anywhere on the car, immaculate interior, and only 145k kms for mileage.
