today i pushed my heavy ass car a half mile to autozone, then swapped my effin alternator in the parking lot. then after that, it still didnt fix the issue. i drove home on just battery juice and when i got home, went to check out the battery and alternator again, and now the effin hood wont open.....:gaah: im just going to play gt5 and deal with it tomorrow...

ha, im still sore as fuck from pushing my car lol.... and it took me just over an hour to take off my front bumper with the hood closed.... (took 20 minutes finding the right tool lol) but once i got it off had to go to work. my dad called me while i was there and asked what i was doing and after i told him, he was like, "oh, ill fix the latch right now"... lol, got off of work, and it was fixed lol. now go to autozone in the morning to check my alternator and battery again for safe measure....

had ecu codes 12 and 32. fixed the wicked nasty misfire in cyl #3. bad injector. shit was makin my APEXi shoot flames. solved code 32. now #12. tested the maf and its got voltage, its new. i think all that fuel igniting in my exhaust melted my cat and is causing the code to show as a bad maf. gonna swap cats tomorrow and see.

I drove her....she failed on me...got yelled at by a crazy woman...she then helped me push my baby to a parking lot...while talking shit to me....then I sat in her for a half hour...then drove home...and waiting until my fuel injectors and spark plug wires arrive...then I shall by spark plugs... =/

replaced the bulb in my driver side fog light (strangely the bulb was in very good condition) and found a random screw (probably from the fog light trim piece) clanking around the inside. That was probably causing my intermittent issue with them. The fog would turn on sometimes, and other times only if i knocked on it. i also aimed the driver side a tad bit higher via the mounting bolts. They are exactly where i want them now :rockon.

Just have to replace the pass side bulb (might as well, even tho its good..best to replace bulbs in pairs anyways) and re aim that one, and i am gold. Next issue is raines fog light mod...

for my 3yr anniversary with my car, i decided to drive it to work. looked at it and said, fine, new tie rod ends for you sir. lol... nice gift for my car, now hopefully it gives me a gift in return. im hoping for a "ill recharge your battery" lol.....im dreaming....

Coming from a friends house, hit my little "strip" which is a overpass that connects NJ to PA its about 1/4mi long and is perfect for either drag runs or a little pull. i hit the overpass doing about 70, and 3/4 of the way through i stopped going WOT, looked down, and realized that i was doing ~110ish. :O didnt expect the car to get to that speed so quickly lol. If i kept in it i could have hit speed cut

Heres a shot of the work we started today. (this panel used to have a huge 9" wide by 18" long band-aid that hid what i thought was "a little" body damage) look how deep that bondo goes. body guy said whoever did it did a really good job, but a 1/4" thick of bondo is waaaaay too much.

also found some cool documentation from the factory in my new car.

Also still had the Pre-Delivery Inspection Checklist

When I saw this i shat myself. Original window sticker.....WTF

Even has the oem paint code

And the original owner kept this log of every time she put gas in, got an oil change, logged odometer mileage, and got service work done from 1993 to 2002.
