Cold Air for KA on an Sr20DE???

hey guys was wondering if anyone knows if i was to buy a cold air intake for a KA24DE would it fit on my N/A SR20DE the plenum is on the top unlike the KA....im not sure if it would work and am afraid to buy an intake and have it not fit but i gotta get rid of this ghetto ass intake system the previous owner rigged up

I actually think it would be pretty close. I have an aluminum intake tube for a ka in my garage. Brand new wanna buy it? Lol. I really would sell it to you or give you the dimensions and pics if that would help you out. Pm me

I'd just use a KA-E CAI like kid said. It should fit pretty well. As far as having an NA SR. I'd run one If I could pick one up really cheap. It would actually suit the S chassis pretty well imo. You'd sacrifice a good amount of torque, but you'd have a nice smooth revving engine without having too much power.
Balance is key.

Yup, exactly why I said the DE wouldn't work right away. (Sue me, I forget about you single folk).
eBay for the win, since you just need the pipe. If you REALLY wanna be pimp, sure a muffler shop could bend up a pipe for pretty cheap.
