Hmm, just reviewed your whole thread and I don't see anything on the Overflow. Unless I missed it.
Hmm, you're right Scott. I know I took pics of that little job, but I must have never posted them. Now I can't even find them. Oh well. Yeah I had the overflow in that same area except it was against the front core support just behind the headlight. I had to make more room so I re-routed the bundle of wires coming out of the relay box up and over that corner of the overflow tank so I could it as far to the left as possible. It almost looks like it belongs there.

Got a Question:

What pulley is that?
HAHA! Nice catch! That is an FWD Altima KA pulley that I took a chance on and ordered directly from Dorman if I remember right. I did some research and discovered that it's a little bit larger than our RWD KA pullies. Here's the catch, I had to take a hacksaw and cut one or two ribs off of the inside edge of the pulley. Notice there's no "End" rib or high rib on the inside edge of the pulley. Then I had to washer the pulley out a little so the remaining ribs aligned better with the crank. Notice the nut doesn't appear to be flush with the center bolt. That's because I used up some threads spacing the pulley out.

Like that Braille battery setup you did. Which model is that? Was thinking the same but with a Odyssey battery. Where'd you get that band that you're using to hold the Braille down with?
That's the "No-weight" 6.5 lb battery, the smallest they make. I ordered it from Summit.

The band is a large farm-grade worm gear style hose clamp basically. It was probably about 2 feet long. I guess I didn't get the worm gear mechanism in the shot, but it's pretty beefy. One nice thing about living in hickville are stores like Rural King or Farm and Fleet or whatever you may have. They have good supplies on high quality super heavy duty stuff.

Sometimes I just walk through these stores and look at the equipment and get ideas on how I want to do something based on what they have.

Hey Ben what size was the BSP to NPT Adapter? I'm gonna assume 1/2" since you were trying to use a 12mm Adapter prior?

I got a little project planned out to help for me tuning phase on my sleeper.
