Went to a dyno day with my car club and made 120 hp, 136 tq. mods: intake and exhaust. It did about what I was expecting, so not too shabby, but I did find out that i am running insanely rich...I think it was around 11.5 at idle haha I need to get me an IAT sensor...

Nice man, that sounds about right with mine but a little loss in power with my automatic lol.

Couldn't go today because of work. If it knew in a week advance I would've went but its all good.

yeah man that would be sweet. idk if this is the normal pricing, but they charged us $50 per car with AFR, so we'll see, but I dont think there are any more power mods I am going to do, just have to get it running better, maybe tune it with NISTune, not sure yet...

and no I havent, but I want to. Do you have a compression tester?

Thats not bad for the price but I want to go when I get a couple more mods done and then I will see how it is.

120 outa single ka? their stock supposed to shoot out 145hp.... if your getting 120, plus you have mods... then something is wrong. nice hatch tho.
145 HP is probably at the crank, not at the wheels. Plus figure in his compression numbers.

If I had mine on there, it would be lower than his because mine has higher mileage on it. He was also running pig rich too lol.
 
god damn im starting to hate ka's mine runs rich too but i was told by a shop its my fuel pressure regulator dumping in too much fuel ... i really hope im not running below 140.... if so my freakin honda had more horses than this shit.. i would really be disappointed lol

yeah they were 3rd gear pulls, first run went to about 5500 rpm, and the power didnt really taper off, so we went to 6k next run. and yes, the 140 hp from factory is at the crank, on a brand new engine. factor in 23 years of abuse and the fact that a dyno measures power at the wheels, not crank, and Id say im doing alright lol
