LOL, the Original titled car for this thread will still be around, I'll probably keep it till the KA blows up[which I don't think it'll ever call it quits, i've put on less then 30k miles since 2007 of my owner ship, and that's including my trip from OK to CA] then I'll do the LSx swap..then keep it till that one blows up or something.

I just don't want to build another S-chassis from scratch.

Although i havent been through that myself, i can feel where you are coming from. its hard enough keeping up with a single S-Chassis with all its quirks, but i cant imagine two at the same time. Ive wrenched on mine countless hours and cant imagine starting from scratch and having to deal with stuck 15+yr old bolts. ive pretty much touched every bolt on my car with UNREAL'S TORK so they arent that hard to take off ;)

Hopefully the car doesnt fall apart :( lol

put the kit back on my black car, it looks so beat up now, good lord. thinking about selling the kit and just rock stock body again. makes so much sense to me.

and someone lowballed me from $1000 OBO to $700 just now on wheels.

fucking awesome.

$850 for a fucking lip? if I was a crack head enough and had more money then sense then yes I would probably but, but knowing that I can get brand new one from the dealer for $200..no thanks to you.

the current lip I have now costs me $20. and unless it's near new condition i'm not willing to pay more then $70 for this lip.

it's like people selling their 5spd shifter bazel for S14 for more then $50 used, when it's $55 brand new from dealer.

what the fuck.

well, just got done from the test drive.

for what ever reason, the new lines didn't want to go into it's spots very well, after cussing out my ass for about 30 mins, I took the OEM cooler lines off to get the new lines put in. even then I had to use heat gun to push them SOB's in. then of course since I took the line off, I went ahead and tried to get more grime off...good lord...I took off about 1 lbs of dirt/grime/blackness off that was stuck inbetween the cooler line and the cross member.

Needless to say, I gave up on trying to do the steering rack bushings today and just put the car back together and went for a test drive. it only drained about 1/3 of a Qt so didn't have much to fill back up.

rack rack rack rack city.

damn this car.
