Yo just bought a 240sx 89 rust bucket insides already stripped completely working on tearing out the ka to put in a black top change it from a auto crap tic to a five speed amongst a bunch of body work as in gutting rust gonna clean this thing up!

I have been working on the car for over 2 years. Ive made tons of progress, yet it is no where near finished.

Hi, my name is Tyler i live in Greeneville, Tn. I am new to forums. I have a 95 s14 Zenki. I have had my baby for about 5 years and the process has been slow but she has been fun. I am currently in the process of rebuilding the ka24de with hopes in the near future to make it a turbo car.

Hey guys my name is Brentley, at the moment I don't have a 240 but I would love to have one, i've always like them. I own a 2008 civic si with full bolt-ons but this summer I'd like to get a 240.

My Aaron Burnett from mobile, al new to this forum and 240sx. I just bought a 93 hatch. The car needs a good bit of work but it's a good platform to start on. My plans for the car are to swap a 5.0 in it paint it and just have an over all nice car that I can drift if I want to but also can go out on a date and be comfortable and not look like a primerd and dented pos

Hey I'm Jessie! I have a 89 coupe with a 98 SR20 black top 18psi! Turbo is blown and I'm about to replace it with a G18, get it re-tuned, and add power steering because I destroyed my old p/s rack since i had no pump hooked up. I'm doing this now and I should get about 320 to the rear wheels because I have 300 to them now. In the near future I will do an LS1/T56 swap.

hello all

Hey there! i'm vanessa, retired motorcycle mechanic, mother of 2, active duty mil spouse going to school full time.

Recently picked up a 2nd car for the spouse, an 89 240 sx base model with 200.000 miles. i've been browsing the site for a few days, looking for info on making this car road safe.
the p.o. seems to have stripped the interior, and replaced it with pre-fab. not sure if anything else was done as a mod.

going to school full time, with 2 kids, i dont have a lot of "free time" to search the site, but im trying :).

so far i've swapped the spark plugs and wires, checked the brakes (felt soft) and done 3/4 of a brake bleed. (master cylinder is a pain and rear driver side caliper screws were seized). needs new rubber all around, and the suspension feels shot to me. feel every bump, very little "bounce" in the rear and nothing on the front.

Any tips, tricks or advise on what to look at for replacement/repair would be extremely helpful as i would like to keep hubs alive on the road.

hello im Terrence. im 17 and i just got my first 240sx. Its an 1990 s13 with a '92 ka24de swapped into it. Im a senior in high school, n i loved this car since 2005, so owning one now was a dream come true.

Hey guys. my name is steven. From bham al. New to the 240 scene and really pumped. My car is stock and runs great ( even with blown head gasket) so ive recently picked up a sr20det REALLY cheap. Because the bottom end is totally disasembled due to a spun crank bearing. Im here for advice ad tips.

Hi im jason, currently looking for a undamaged white 91 s13. Just something about it that draws me to it. Still debating whether to go KA or SR. Hard choice. Hoping to find some info here to help me decide.
