First car

Hi, my name's Allan. yesterday I bought my first car, a 1993 nissan 240sx coupe with a ka24de in it. Its completely stock (for now :devilfork ) and little bit beaten up. Though its my first car ive wanted one for a while and i know quite a bit about them.

Hows it going guys, Harmswahy here.

I just bought my first ever 240sx for $1350
It's a 93 that was previously set up and used for drifting. I have huge plans for this beauty and plan to get her set up regular driving soon.

The engine has about 1000 miles on the rebuild, that was the big selling point for me. (no pictures yet, too dark outside.) I enjoy having that reliability in my project/daily driver.

First thing it needs is break work, leaky caliper. Good thing I do that for a living.
Then I need to drop this damned welded differential. (Any good options for a LSD?)
tires
coilovers (any good brands you guys use?)
New interior
little shit like making these headlights go down.
body work.

And here is a little picture of what people won't believe she use to be in a year or so.

I'm not sure why the person who owned it last made the hood pop up like it does, but it's seriously just sitting on an extra bolt. I'll have that back down tomorrow. Maybe it was for air flow even though the intake is sitting dangerously in front of the front drivers side tire.

I ride BMX I have a Fit Eddie Cleavland frame eastern front Hazard lyte back. (doubt anyone cares lmfao) :lamende:
grey and black s13 hatch not much done to it, TR motorsport wheels, pirellis, stage 2 exedy clutch (fucked), ka24de, whatever exhaust (dont really care) k&n intake, HKS plugs.

I hoon around ALOT but not in my 240. in my stock cb7 :1dogpile

my car is pretty much shit :/ the previouz owners were MORONS! :fonix: :mad2: but thats what I get for $900 :gaylaugh

when I'm not riding or attempting to drift, I'm paintballing :D

I'm going to UTI btw

Hi, I'm Josh im from southeastern Ohio. I have a '91 240 that I'm going to be dropping an sr20det into very soon! So I'll probably have some questions but everyone on here seems pretty knowledgable.

whats up name is mark i have a 90' coupe shell and a 92' hatch redtop and a gsxr1000 bike im starting to get in the drifting scene, i have drag raced since i could drive, starting another swap in the hatch i know im probably goin to get hated on but its gettin a 2jzgte and a kouki front end swap. im not goin to post up stupid questions and shit like some people do just on here for ideas and if i get stuck on anything.

sup im like a noob and a half waiting for my account to free up to post shit got tons of shit i need to ask and look for anyslut. I have TWO S14's one is rusted the fuck all out the other one i pick up today went through half a pack of smokes four wasps falling off the trailer getting bitched at from my girl and my foot ran over shrug fuck it it was all worth it and all it cost me was $1,400 so i am really wanting to post pics of the first 240 and the second 240.

Hey, I'm new to this forum. Have a clean '92 s13, two owners, completely family owned and clean as hell. Just looking to find some local hook ups for parts and advice. Not so much a novice but I do believe you can always learn more.

I also "co-own" I guess you can say a 1989 Porsche 944 S2 with my dad but I only work on it and drive it mainly.

Its still not my car on paper or anything so I can't just sell it and get money.
The reason I joined the forum is because I like the 44 and all but I starting to feel the need the get a little sideways action goin' on. So what I'm thinking is trolling the forum a bit and getting a good understanding for 240's and in a few months I may have enough to buy my very own 240. I really like the pig noses but we'll see what happens. I just want something to get sideways in. However my intentions could change and maybe it will be a autox 240 Welp got a lot of readin' to do so just though I'd post this real quick.

Hey my name is Matthew. I go by Matt. I'm 24. In the army. I joined this site back in february and I don't remember if I made a post to say who I was. I'm using the site through my phone since I don't have Internet out here in Colorado. I'm stationed at ft Riley Kansas. I been car shoppin for a while. I have a 94 Honda civic dx. 175k on it. I been looking at the s14's and just like to read up on them. I think it's a nice car but i have to say finding an rb25 motor and a tranny is a pain in the butt. Lol anyways there's a couple 240s around my base but idk them and it's more when I'm on my way to or from work.

So yeah nice to meet you all and I hope I can get to know some people on here.

Hey guys! my name is Tom, Im originally from Sykesville, MD but currently live in Hanover, PA. I grew up around muscle cars with my dad, and got into the tuner aspect of cars just recently. I plan on attending UTI for Automotive Tech so I can work on up-to-date fuel injected cars. The Kouki 240SX was my inspiration, but I am now leaning towards a Chuki :) I plan on owning my own speed shop at some point in my life. I am currently looking for my first 240 so wish me luck! lol. My dad owned with straight line speed, and I will do it sideways ;)
