Fixing up the old 240sx where should i start?

Alright so i have a 240sx s13 series, with the OEM engine that came with it which is the KA engine, its reached about alittle over 100,000 miles on it and has given me some issues but i fixed them, regarding it was a fuel injector. I was looking into doing a swap for a SR20 which is found one that im planning on getting but as of right now, im looking for some help regarding on where i should start at on the car.

What would be the best area to start on? Wheels, engine, auto to manual, shocks, swaybars, etc. I know you the community can help so just leave a message. Thanks for the help.

get engine running good, then 5 speed, then suspension then engine power mods then wheels.

if ur doing sr20 itd be a waste doing the 5 speed conversion on the ka.

Nah im going to swap out the KA for the sr20 since the KA was giving me issues, and thats when im going to throw in the manual as well since my car is sadly a auto :lol:

thats wat i was saying lol. an st will come with a 5 speed tranny just need a driveshaft, clutch master, lines, etc

You can use a manual ka driveshaft when doing th sr swap. Its also a good investment to get a brand new wire harness from wiring specialities. It's worth it

Well you have to remember what i posted those college, the KA was giving me issues but i managed to get it running again and also im not sure when it will crap out on me again so thats why i decided to swap engines, for a sr20 but what would i need exact if i got a 5 speed engine, like this one: S13 JDM OEM NISSAN SILVIA SR20DET COMPLETE SWAP ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION PACKAGE! | eBay

half way down, the picture with the engine from the side view with everything, including the stick shift, would i need anythign else to put that in or no?
