So I'm pretty sure I've already introduce myself, just got really busy and don't know how far back nor have I looked, when I joined I had a 92 240sx withe a swapped in ka24de, after less than 300 miles that engine started leaking oil from seemingly everywhere and then knocking, so a friend had a 92 180sx jdm sr20de(no turbo) that he'd planned on putting in his 89 hatch but it got totaled, so we are putting it in mine, and let me tell you, if you're putting in an sr20, GET A TURBOED ONE! The stock sr20de headers don't fit past the steering column(haven't checked to see if that's common knowledge yet) but my ka headers fit, but the bolt pattern is off, so were cutting the flanges off the sr headers and wielding them to the ka header, the holes line up, just not the bolts(also don't know if this is common knowledge) also we've learned that the previous owner had royally screwed the wiring, it had a ka24e wiring harness manginered onto the ka24de engine and wired the s15 headlights poorly, so that's all fixed and everything is cool now with the wiring, now just to finish the headers, plug it all in, fill all the fluids, and hope it starts lol

Reintro

Howdy, Im reintroducing myself because I recently discovered that I had an account here when I was a dumb kid a few years back. I made alot of stupid posts. I believe I was in jr. high or beginning of high school at the time. Well since then I took alot of auto shop through high school got a drivers license and have had a clean driving record. Im now going to college to be a professional mechanic. Ive learned alot over the years mainly tinkering with my friends imports and building my jeep. Its coming time living in Michigan and all to do a winter project and since I was young ive always liked 240sx's. Im on a tight budget obviously so im sure when I find a car itll be a slow process but I hope to learn alot and hopefully help out plenty as well. Figured I should just re introduce myself. Happy searching :D

Hey, What's up guys?? My name is Marcus. Just getting into the 240 game, previously owned a turbo RSX-s but had to get into that rwd life. Just picked up a 95 s14 in need of a good amount of resto. Debating between a rb25 or 1jz swap. Since I have gotten the chassis gonna get my research on to seen what option is best for me. Anyway just introducing myself

Hello!

Hi. My name is Alex and I work for Chesterfield Auto Parts in VA. We recently got a nice 240 in the yard so I joined since I have some questions about the car, and since we are a salvage yard, we can hopefully sell some of the parts on the site.

Hey everyone my name is Tim and just picked up a 1995 240sx with an RB25. I have many plans for it including kouki conversion, full repaint, and hoping to get around 400whp with engine build.

Hello All,

I just wanted to say Hello and What's Up to all. I'm Brandon, 27 years old. I live in Lancaster, MA with my wife. I work at North End Subaru, if anyone ever needs some parts, I can usually get a pretty good discount as I have previously worked for a Nissan Dealer. I just purchased my 1991 Shark Nose 240SX I have had two before this but that when I was younger and didn't know much about cars. This I want to build up, I love these cars. Have a good night everyone.

Hello there...

Hello there, my name is Matt. I acquired my first 240a few months ago. Still haven't had a chance to get at it. Finances fell a little short after my Honda. I'm from PA so its pretty boring more often than not. I have a feeling that things will get better after I get my garage together. I'll post my rebuild as it happens. But I gotta warn you it's gonna take quite a while. I'll post some pics soon but brace yourselves it's pretty graphic and not for the weak of heart lol.

Hey, I'm Adam. I've got an S13 and S14... I have loved these cars for 15+ years, I lived in LA for years but was unable to pick one up while I was there(so broke), now in Mass, and have had four 240. The first ('89) never got registered, and I just practiced hacking and welding for rust repair. I fixed the second up('91), and have been dailying it for three years. The third('90) was a part car that I stripped, and I just got a 1996 I'm ready to start building... S13 for drift, S14 for grip.

Hey, what's up? My name is Don and I go by Kartoon. I've been floating around on the site for a little bit just seeing what's going on. I was in the Honda scene for about two years and got bored with it so I sold my Civic and I'm wanting to move on to bigger and better things. I've been looking for an S14 shell for a little while but can't seem to find one close that hasn't been hacked up by some dumb kid on a mission to rice it out or trying to learn how to drift in a Walmart parking lot. Lol. I am currently a manual machinist at a local machine shop and I love it because I get to make all kinda of cool stuff. Lol.

What's up guys names Jacob, I'm from Knoxville, TN. I drive a black 1996 240SX SE and am the founder of Souled Out, a Christian automotive enthusiast group. Anyway my S14 is bone stock at the moment but I plan on building my KA24 and boosting it since it only has 41*** original miles at the moment, then when it gets higher mileage or blows up (whichever happens first) I'm dropping in a RB26. As far as exterior goes I'm going to leave my front lip and put on some NAVAN side skirts and rear valences, a kouki wing (maybe), and some volk re30 wheels then lower it (but no camber or tucked wheels, not for me haha) guess that's it, later!
