Ok, this will be my third motor that I have gotten through venus auto, hopefully this one will hold compression and run, unlike the last one, when i got this one, it was STRIPPED, nothing on it, it had the lower intake that it had when I sent it back, they took the spout off the thermostat, cam covers were totally black, just nasty as hell, but everything that should bo good and clean is, like water pump and housing, rear main seal, front cover, were all clean, while everything else was black, after about 3 hours of cleaning, and re-installing everything, it looks like this.......

I Had a deal worked out before for 450 for everything plus shipping, thats basically another motor minus, harness, turbo, exhaust manifold, ignitor chip and injectors, has good coil packs, good CAS, every sensor is in the block still. I can get you pics of whatever you need pics of.

I got the motor in, so I need to get the starter in, and get some compression test results, and hopefully everything will go smoothly. If the motor is bad, we are going to take video of me doing a comp test and a leak down test, and send it to them, the BBB, and contact a lawyer to get my money back, and labor costs. I hope it doens't come to that, but I'm NOT swapping this car again.

How about a exhaust gasket? I would like to get one so I can get some flanges made. Get a head start on the manifold. :thumbsup

I don;t think it'd be worth the extra time/effort/shipping cost for me to send you what I have left of my other 2 gaskets.

Good luck man. Too much shit been goign on with these damn motors and venus. If I do get a H22 from them I want compression/leakdown test results in my hand before I give them my money again.

my engine came out pretty good form venus. theres a small oil leak but the shit pulls hard as fuck. i'm not too worried about the leak, it'll jez take time, ima swap all that bs. anyway. but eyah i was wondering if nismo241 got an extra valve cover. cuz mine straight out shattered. and why do some blocks say rb20 and some dont? im almost jealous but i'd rather not have it, cuz those who know dont say, and those who say jez dont know. but yeah let me know if you got that cover, and for how much. thanks, deuce.

One of them doesn't say RB20 on it, but it's polished, as are one o fthe sets of cam covers, if you want the polished stuff it'll be more obviously, that took HOURS to do, then I have a set of stock everything that has RB20 stamped on it.
