The driver side auto seat belt does not move. Its almost as it is off track or something. Does anyone know how to fix this. Ive tried to move it myself but cant move it and dont want to use too much force and completely break it.

I think the gvmt wanted to make sure people wern't riding around with faulty belts from lack of money. So go to the dealership and ask nicely, they should do it.
