So im just about done :) got my oil pan back aslaped it back on the car :) and bolted the turbo turbo mani the oil lines and intercooler and the piping. I just have a Q about the hoses. Where does the waste gatehose, the turbo housing hose, and the BOVhose go to??? i hooked up the boost gauge hose to the one of the FPR hoses well hopefully that i the fpr :) hhaha the thing that has 2 hoses coming out of it on the top and one from the bottom that is looks like its bolted to the intake mani close to the top of the fuel rail. thanks guys hope to finish and start it up today :)

Wastegate hose..not sure...how aobut a boost controller?? got one?? turbo housing hose??? should attach to the internal wastegate if it has one i believe..as for the boost gauge I think u can T off the Brake Booster Line and use one side for Bosot gauge and brake booster... for the BOV find the hose before the BUTTERFLY plate in the TB and use that.. make sure u put the valve cover hose thing for the blowby before the turbo after the sensor so you dont corrode the sensor.."unless u have an oil catch can" got pics man?? show us!!! how did u make ur downpipe!!?

ok this is gonna be the one of the other bad parts about this install these damn hoses are confusing the fuckouta me! as for a DP i will have pics when i get it made i am bringing my car to "east hartford performance center" and the guy there is going to make me one for a resonable price :) so i have to drive my car open exhuast for like 5miles no biggy. i am still having some second thoughts though the way i moved my wastegate is fine now. but.. the linkage part of it the one that is hooked up to the exhuast flange where the waste gate is attached too is touching the VC if that lil flap canot move what does that mean??? in other words what does the flap do? that i should worry about.??

where are you getting custom wires from.

at the same shop they are those make em your self typ of shits tha you cut ima jsut make em long enought o go above the VC so that they dont touch the mani and melt. but i dont knwo if i should even start the car yet b/c of the waste gate shit but i will look more into that and i do have a B/c its manual home made :) works awsome on my friends SR motor no spikes!

you can rotate the housing just unbolt the bolts from behind the waste gate and the rest around it and just rotate it were you think it will fit best. Thats what i did but i have the problem of my exhaust side of the waste gate hitting the VC there for the waste gate wont be able to open the flap at high boost and das no good :(

what are you talking about hitting the vc there should only be 2 openings on the wastegate 1 that leads to the d/p and the other that attaches to the manifold. One of the nipples on the wastegate needs a vacume line hooked up and the other nipple go's to the turbo. Your intercooler pipes attach one end to the throttle body and the other end go's to the turbo but make sure you have the pipes flowing with the intercooler inlet and outlet. the bov will go on the intercoolerpipe you just weld it in there.

2002whitewrx...my wastegate is up against the valve cover and it isn't even close to lining up with the flange on the manifold. I'm sure I will have to cut the flange and have it rewelded to make it fit. I'm real close to giving up. I am having to many problems and I may just save up and get an SR.

is your car a de or e? So the wastegate is to tall? what kind is it a turbonetics? did you get a 35mm wastegate because thats what size most of the flanges are on the manifold. You may have bought the wrong size wastegate. What kind of manifold is it? Did you have it custom made or is it a rev-hard or somthing along those lines?

look and tell me the problems
Ok that hose that comes off your internal wastegate needs to be t-fitted into the nipple of compressor housing and the extra line of the t-fitting needs to go to the boost controller.
