Just a guess really. I wasn't looking for an exact amount. Many people I've seen usually sell their 96-98 240SX for around 7-10 grand. This is both ebay and autotrader online.
Lets say that the car is great condition with maybe a handful of paint chips and your usual wear on leather seats. Other than that the car is in top shape.
I debating on if I should sell and get what I want which is a 5 speed.

I believe that is the case for most of the 97-98 models but there were some models that did not have the lsd even when the car came with abs.

Sorry dude. I'm no longer in Chicago. I moved to Denver a while ago. Funny thing is 240's are everywhere in Chitown. In Denver they are really few and far between.
