yah stock offset for SE rims are +42mms so i think those offsets are good. Id say run 225/45s in the front and 245/40s in the rear and youll be alot happier with them..The'll bubble out a lil but itll look better *plus protect your rims from curve rashes since the rubber will take the brunt of it instead of the rims*

looks were never my biggest issue. ever since i've switched to the semi-stretched tire setup, my rear end has been a LOT more slide happy. i loooooove the way it moves on the track now :1bowdown but 245s would DEFINITELY look nice and make them look more flush, you're right about that.

the highest i would go on the rear is 225 because if you go 245 the side wall will go past the rim and if you were to hit a bump hard the tire would hit the body. if you keep a smaller tire with the side wall slanted in when you hit the bump the tire would go into the wheel well and not hit the body.

thanks for the compliments guys.

i think the biggest i'll EVER go on the rears is 215s, and thats if they don't have 205s in stock. the stretched sidewall has helped make sliding ever-so-easy! :thumbsup
