Why don't you talk about something you know about.

Yes, your car will be speed limited at 200km/h (or ~125mph). This is a function of the ECU.

sweet. i was just worried about like highway racing, becuase out in teh country by my friends house we do lots of highspeed racing out on the deserted country highways out past davis. 125 is great, we dont normally go faster than that.

I dunno if you can do this in the SR20 but there is a wire you can kut in the KA to get rid of the entire early shut off. The catch 22 of this though is that your speedo wont work anymore. Buddy of mine with his 90 a few years ago just made a switch though that he could flip to get rid of this. So once he started to get up near the cut off speed he could just flick it and presto, no more worries ;)

I have heard using an Apex Rev/Speed Meter, eliminates the speed gov???
Yep. It can. So can ROM Tunes from various people (JWT, Secret Services, etc.). I'm also working on a cheap ROM tune for people who don't want a tune, just a board they can install to remove the speed limiter, alter rev-limit, etc...

To the best of my knowledge cutting the speed sensor wire to the SR20 ECU won't work, as it causes some other issues (car running crappy, or not running maybe, I'm not sure).
