hey guys, im 14 yrs old and iv been a nissan fan for a long time.I stasted to save for my first car when i was 8.I got the mony from my lunch money.All these years and my parents still dont know.So far i have 3g's.within 2 yrs i should b able to make 2g's.My dream car is a r32.But im really broke so i cant get a skyline yet.Im starting to plan on what kind of car to get when im 16.My budget is $5,000.At first i was gonna get a mitsubishi 3000gt (non vr4) but then people told me it was heavy and slow.I always wanted a 240sx but i never found one that was stickshift.Thats where i need your help.If you know anywhere i can get a 96-98 240sx in for $5,000 in stickshift.Post it even if its auto, i just want a 240 badd.If you have any sugestion on any cars that are good to race/drift within 5g's please post your suggestion.

you don't typically see kouki (97-98, that's when they did the front end makeover)
S14 's for that cheap, but you should be able to find a 95 (same as 96, just minus the OBD-II emissions crap) in that range. check out the following sites for a start:

lol but i understand where hes coming from. i wanted one when i was that age when i first saw a 240 in like a 1998 sport compact car. but seriously your acting like this is your whole life. get a job and expand your budget. and if you want to drift (im sure you do thats the only reason you want a 240) then please dont wreck even if you get a zenki.mikespeed said:

CodyW thanks for the info, i already searchd ebay,autotrader, autotrader has a 98 240 but its auto and 7g's with well over 100 thous miles

maybe their reason is they don't want their son to drift/ race into a tree or something worse..right now you're still young...who knows what might happen in the next few years..dont narrow your sights on what cars to get right now..just be open to more possibilities, and when the time comes, you can decide then.
