My friend has a connection that can get flta2 for almost cost if we gather 10 people. were looking at around $800(1/2 price) a set plus shipping. we already have 4 so we need 6, but the more the better. I am willing to bet that the FLT2A are going to be NO less than $1200 at any amount of group buying....this sounds like a typical get the money and hope you can pull off a free set of coilovers then ask for more money due to customs BS or something.
Not to mention the 'two partners of the three' in this aren't even on the same page on what price they are quoting. Also even the 'partners' are having trouble getting in contact with each other.
There is no range in the retail price...it's $1850 MSRP. Around $1700 is typical from the shops out there.
Now you are mentioning all local pickups and riding to a warehouse to do it. Just fly by night man...you should at least have these in hand especially if people are sending money to you.
I would just lay down about $1100 on SPLPARTS.COM's price for the KTS SC Beta's....get them delivered to your door + customer support should an issue arise.
FLT2A'S at anything near $1200 (33% off) is cutting close to manufacturers selling price to wholesellers, read as no profit in this except for JIC.
Now it's HE's at $900 when the best price from MOHDPARTS.COM is $1165, MSRP is $1400...you are still about 30% of retail though dealing with TEIN which has a larger presence. Still is there anything in writing? I was going to be a distributor at one time however, there isn't much discounting, you have to do big volume to make $$$ The tiers are internet chump, guy with storefront, guy with storefront + installation, then guys with bigger shops and certified mechanics, etc....still between top and bottom you are talking like 5% in discounting roughly.

Is there any way you can ship the tein's? I am sure you could get it down to 800 then because a lot of pissed off people from the ksport/d2 GB will buy if you can have immediate shipment.
