sombody tell me somthing. why do people keep buying the SS manifolds if everybody knows they tend to crack?. what am i missing?

look if you drive the way i drive its almost aLWAYS going to crack! ask anyone who drifts alot. you can spend 1000 on one that will crack in one year! and then what 1000 gone! or you can spend 180 to your door with a lifetime warrantee! shit you cant beat it.. tha manifold looks like it has nice construction.. its got reinforcements all along the bottom of the runners and a nice bracket to support the weight of the turbo! im happy

where can i get valve cover bolts like that? is it a universal threading because i need some for my ka24e

lol i went down to the local hardware store and took one of the stock accorns in there found the same size ones and putt about 20 in my pocket lol along with a bunch of stainless allen bolts... lol i got off that day with about 100$ in nuts and bolts in stainless.. each accorn was 2.00 some of the allen bolts were 5$ each and i got about 10 of those. and the other nuts and bolts where like 2.50$ each.. so if you want to spend your money on those go ahead, but if i was you if just wear big pants :thumbsup :nono

Xracer - I personally do not know much about the brand, but they sound like Pacesetter versions of the KA headers. And if they really are $180 with a life time warranty, you cannot beat that shit. I guess you could equate it to buying Craftsman tools at Sears. Why buy the cheap stuff that might break easily (not saying it does, only had that happen once to one of my wrenches) when you can pay more and get the better stuff? Well, if the cheaper stuff comes with a lifetime warranty and free replacement (aside from the gas you burn to get to Sears) ... I say get the cheap stuff. Saves a helluva lotta money.

When that cheap wrench breaks as your putting 200lbs of force on it and implales your hand, you realize the warrenty only covers the tool's life. :thumbsup
