How to remuve

Ok I'm installing a after market manifold and Therese this black thing in the back of my motor i think its the oil cash can . The manifold wont fit because of that.
What do i do ?

When looking at the exhaust manifold side of the motor, are you talking about the black box on the very left?

You're gonne need to post pics if you're not sure what it is, If it's just a can with an oil line off the valve cover or wherever, than you could probably move it anywhere you want...

umm my camara not working um it gose to the valve cover then down to the side of the motor. An dthe other thing its cald AIV what do i do with that ?

Well I can tell you now the AIV isn't needed. Get a picture of a ka (show us your engine bay thread has quite a few pictures) and highlight or circle exactly what you are talking about.

yea, i took it off, found some longer hoses and moved it a few inches (i'm guessing you have an ss tubular manifold?)

Oh and i herd you can just run a line streat from the block to the valve cover
