I'm shooting for some time around XMas to have a good deal made. Even so that'll be a good time to work on them being that I have like a month and change off from school.

This first batch will be cheap I'm looking at about $700-$1000 per dash without paint unless requested. Expect after this batch for them to shoot up upwards of another $600 or so, and probably a bit more after that batch.
Was discussing pricing with a friend the other day and he was telling me about how his buddy paid about $1600-$2000 for one for his Honda no where near as driver oriented as this one will be. If you'd like to get an idea of how this will look go sit in a 3000GT, or Supra. I may rework the entire center console area as well (the area where the shifter is) to encombass a cup holder as I know a bunch of people wanted that on another forum lol.

Yeah entire dash. Started off as an idea for a center console replacement and then I realized that'd look like shit with just something like that so the idea came to just create an entire dash. Will have all the same mounting points as the stock one.

Dark-Hawk I might be in for this. I want to see how it turns out first but if it's even semi decent I'll get one from you. (and in about 5-6 months i might need another one but with the dash's components reversed :heyhey ).

I dunno.. I'd say put me down, but I'd want to see what the finished product looks like before I commit to anything.. I really like the idea of a MKIV style dash though.. every since my 300zx days, I've never cared for guages in that center area off to the right of the driver... if I were to order, I'd really want it to be almost a perfect replica of the MKIV dash... but I dunno...

hehe alright. I was actually just thinking about what I would do for a right hand drive conversion, I'll probably get a second dash to make a mold up of one for this and just chop it up to get it to work for a suitable mold I suppose.

I suppose I could make yours first and just not include the center gauge section there for yours. I'll talk to you about it over AIM though and come up with a few ideas in photoshop that I had while sitting in the car the other day.

it would be cool to see some real progress pics or at least concept sketches.
Going to be doing some photoshop work for this, and am currently talking to a buddy of mine who is going to help with the molding of this as he has a good amount of experience with making molds.

I'm glad to see there is so much interest in the dash though, I was not thinking there would be at first and was a bit worried! lol I actually have funding lined up for this project already as well to get the company started though. This will take some time to do though as keep in mind I'm doing this pretty much entirely on my own. As each dash is completed it'll be sold to the person who sends the money for it.

NO money will be taken though before a product a persons order is done. I don't want to be one of these companies promising a product while I have your money and taking months to deliver lol.

ok.. and it might be a little while before I can do anything, as I'm going to be moving as soon as my 240 stops being a money pit with this DE swap.. once I move I'll be making better money.. and hopefully I can work something out so I can pick one of these up..

and if you catch me on AIM (Two Cam Piggy) we can swap photoshops and I'll throw some ideas your way about guage placement for mine and stuff..

and

that's deffinately a good way to do business.. I'd hate to pay $600 for something that I wouldn't even see for months..

Yeah, this is the problem that I and everyone has with most small parts manufacturers. I dont want to be the type of small company that I see people constantly bitching about how long they waited for this, or for that. I know how it can be to wait for something when you've already paid!

I bet he could but you would have to provide him the r32 dash ;)

Like nizmo said I could but I would need to be provided with the dash. Cost for that one would be a bit higher than the others due to the fact that it'd be a special order, not something I'm producing multiple amounts of.
