Just wondering on the legal limits of parking lot drifting... Can cops just roll up and arrest you or give you a ticket or does the owner of the property have to call first?

Just breaking them in baby.. breaking them in.. loltyleydun said:i think its mainly just about the cops... i work at a shop that sells mainly wheels and tires and nearly everybody will do a burnout in the parking lot before or after the new tires get put on...the cops just drive by and act like its not a big deal.
:werd If the cop is a true dick... He could also get you for destruction of personal property and place you under arrest. So use your brain...drifts135 said:Do you like your driver's license? Okay, then don't do it.
End of discussion.
Even if the owner of the store where you are doing burnouts or drifting says you can lay some rubber on his parking lot you can still be just as fucked by cops for two main reasons:tyleydun said:well we do a lot of street rods and cars with v8's or trucks...a lot are teenagers, but a lot of them are older guys too that just like to show off. and the owner of our store is 65 and loves cars with power....but the main reason he doesnt care is because it brings the customer back faster. what kind of business do you own?
hahaha guess not but then again what fun stuff does he like?:12dunnotravizx0r said:not sure but i got a wreckless driving ticket for it about a month ago and it was in a church parking lot. go figure, i guess god dosent like drifting?
