how much boost

I am runnig a sr with a gt28rs FMIC, exshaust, BOV walbro 255, I was gonna get a nismo FPR , How much boost should I run with out doing a fuel injector upgrade? Also I have a S AFC II , I will hook up. Any advice would be great. KEEP IT SIDEWAYS ; EASY OUT

i wouldnt do more then 14psi you really need injectors

does the S AFC tell you injector duty cycle? If so boost it upto the point where its doing 95% duty cycle, and i would not boost any higher than that.

i have seen ppl with stock MAFS, and stock injectors pushing 270whp, but im sure the injectors are maxing out at that point.

SAFCII doesnt show IDC. Stock 370cc injectors shouldnt be taken more than 14psi on T25 and 12psi on T28. The 28RS is the disco potato, correct? I would maybe only boost 10psi or lower untill you get 550cc Injectors and Z32 MAF.

If its the GT28RS then your gonna be making the same power as your would the T28 or T25 but with less boost. GT28RS flows 35 lb/min compared to the GT28R (T28) flowing 31 lb/min.

ya the same boost out of a t25 and the the disco will make diffrent power, the disco will make more power at the same boost

alot more power. GT28RS is good for 350whp as the T25 is good for 250whp maybe a tad more.

well to brake it down 1 psi does not equal a set hp. it all about how efficient the turbo is. that is in trim, A/R, heat.

When I dynoed 272whp, I later found my IDC was 113%. (on stock injectors and stock T28 turbo)

yea and i thought 96% was bad and turbo spiked to 1.16 bar yesterday on my stock T25

yes you do need 550cc inj. and Z32 mafs. the more power the more fuel thus more air.

i was told only use 10psi on stock injectors if i get boost spike i will blow my motor. true?

its a possibility. You shouldnt get any spiking as long as you have a good wastegate. HKS Actuator is good to go with.
