just because the fenders dont seem to lay on the tire doesnt mean they arent flush.,. once again my friend, you must look beyond certain htings, im sure if he used the same camber he has now and lowered it more (same camber meaning that camber goes in when the car goes lower) he would sit perfectly, PERFECTLY flush
