H-Hasegawa, as in Hiroyuki Hasegawa.
K-Kitagawa, as in Goichi Kitagawa.
S- Sigma, as in Sigma Automotive Company, Ltd.
Hasegawa and Kitagawa formed the company with the assistance of capital infusion from Sigma Automotive, hence the name HKS...

yes the brits and sure the aussies too say (like dis) Nis-ahn. i say knee-sahn, niz-mo. ive heard people say niece-mo, but i think they just try to sound japanese.
and for puegot i used to say pway-got..instead of poo-zshOH. renault same thing. ray-nalt, but its rah-no..i hate french.
