intake and exhaust manifolds are on, oil pressure sensor installed (for those that have never installed a pressure gauge, you will need a 1/8bspt-1/8npt fitting to fit a oil pressure sender on these blocks.)

I just need the upper cover, it has the timing marks for the cam gears. I know that 0 is top dead center on the crank pulley. That all in need to know. Criticism is good!
You're supposed to turn the engine over by hand a couple times to make sure it still lines up. Without tension on the belt, its impossible to make sure the belt doesn't move off the crank sprocket.

I finished setting the timing last night and it lines up great. I wasnt setting the timing when i took that picture if thats what your confused about. The belt sat on the bottom sprocket just fine. I had someone hold the cam gears in place while i placed the belt over the sprockets and installed the tensioner on. Rotates fine. Ill have more pics up later this evening

Do not mount the pressure sensor directly to the motor.
I did that on my KA and the fitting cracked from vibration, it was about to come off, all that l I did was move it a little when I was checking it and it broke clean off.

go to an auto parts store and get some copper tubing and use that in between the motor and the sender unit.

Im going to take a look at it this evening since my company let me borrow their brand new 200.00 tq wrench, I better be careful lol. Im going to check the settings on the headbolts first, if thats not the problem then im going to take the head off and go from there.

Dr-B Thanks for the heads up on the sensor
