dyno tuned... bitches

well i finally got dyno tuned today...

theres your standard dyno sheet...

heres through the rpm range with afrs...

and a top speed run after the final tune to see what a somewhat stock sr will get up to.

151mph @ 7000rpm

this was with stock turbo at 1.14bar.. when the power drops that when the boost started dropping due to that damn tiny little apple they call a turbo... oh and its a land and sea dyno.

yeah they surprised the hell out of me.

But 16.5 psi was realy realy pushing it on that T25. Hope you dont have it set to that always.

ehh, its a T25. If it blows, you just buy another or go bigger. No big loss.

how the fuck was your trq so high? when I dyno'ed with stock t25 i was at 223hp, 232trq untuned. thats nutty! good job though

im guessing open DP.
I pulled a 224 hp 271 torque stock after the SAFCII was tuned. I did have these changes though.

Open DP
No air filter
101 octane
16 psi

correction: HP-224.7 Torque-270.0 @ 15psi

haha well i have full unrestricted (test pipe) 3" exhaust that might have done a little bit.

sleeperhit: yeah i dont really care if the turbo goes anytime soon, i have a gti-r t28 waiting to go on as soon as i get an external wg and custom dumppipe (top mount)

s14silvia: 11.5:1 is a tad rich, 12:1 is safest for good power. we wanted a 12:5.1 for max power since after this year the car wont be driven except for autocrosses and track events.
