Ok, I have a 1995 240 sx with the 4 x 114.3 bolt pattern. Suspension upgrades include kyb shocks all the way around and tein lowering springs. 1.5 inch drop in the front, 1 inch in the back. Im going to order Gramlights 57s's very soon. Im going to run 17x7.5 up front and 17x8.5 in the rear I have decided. Just wondering if there offsets would work? +22 or +30 in the front. And +22 or +40 in the rear? THANKS!

woops sorry about the not reading...
Also, dont buy gram lights in horrible offsets. Those are nice wheels that are meant to look nice. Now if you were putting those wheels on say a HONDA it would be cool and look good. However a 240? NO!

yeah, really high offsets don't serve any purpose on wider wheels.
however, neither do uber low offsets either.

i think benson hsu (sileightymania.com for those who don't know who i am talking about) once said "proper offset is the spice of life."
he had a point. proper offset is key to handling and overall car performance.

na, im pretty hooked on these rims, I dunno why, just love the look of them. But would I have any clearance issues with a +22 offset?? Like and rubbing on the suspension. I guess its problem that spacers can solve I guess

just go 8.5 +22 on all 4 or just save more money and buy better rims.
Umm last ime i checked Gramlight 57s are not a bad set of wheels. They actually are pretty nice wheels. Now mabye i misunderstood what you were saying, hopefully. If you meant get some wider wheels in the rear and rock the 8.5 up front with better offsets all around, then i agree.
