S13 JDM convertion

Hey have anyone done a S13 head light JDM convertion on the older 240sx, I just want to do it, but don't know how, can anyone tell me what I need and what to do, and how much it cost???.....:help

S13 Conversion is prety much a basic bolt on process.

Ouch ! I guess shipped its not bad but when your able to get the s13 silvia front for 650, it sure seems like a rip off. Crazy the markup people but on this kinda stuff.

You get what you pay for. I would be hesitant buying a conversion for 650, remember these are used panels and lots of times the ones that are being sold for so little have dents in the panels. I would rather pay the difference in price than have to deal with dented panels.

True, ture, but when you know people that import stuff it tends to be cheaper. I know what I'm getting for 650 and its all in good shape, its sad to see so many get ripped off and people getting rich off of it.

u can always get a front clip with everythin (including dashboard) and use that. but it will cost a lot of money.

front clips rarely come with useable body panels. i believe they often do with Jarco though.

ya. I was juz suggesting. I wouldnt do it. 2 expensive. hard to find with all the things u want like lights, bumper .....etc.

I wonder where I can git me one them there grills with the word all funny like that. I want to do an Aivlis 13-S xs180 conversion...and can I git my steering wheel over on that side too!!??

True, ture, but when you know people that import stuff it tends to be cheaper. I know what I'm getting for 650 and its all in good shape, its sad to see so many get ripped off and people getting rich off of it.

I sell at this cost for a reason.... I don't just sell the conversion "as is".... most people want different Front Bumpers, Fenders, Carbon Hoods, Grill, Lights, and Blinkers.
Its basically a Base Line Price to build from....

Man, that much, I guess I have to rethink about that, becos its like more then a grand, so I'm not really into spending much money so, I guess I'd rather just get a 95-98 240sx and keep it just as it is, and not have to go through all that crap, am I right?

Find yourself an different car. It sounds like your the type that will only discrace the 240 along with all the other new found 240 lovers out there. Thanks

yo blacknight, you don't gotta say it like that, I'm just saying, putting a grand in a old car is quite a bit, cause you know people can do a lot with a grand, and I'm not a new found 240 lover or owner, so don't try to use that against me, but I hope you don't mean it, but I have seen yo car, its nice, but don't say shit like that, and don't ever say discrace in this forum, I don't think anyone is a discrace in this forum cause I'm sure they all love 240s, plus I'm always confused about what car I want, so please don't get on me, but always, only the S13 lites look nice on a 240sx coupe, but the S15 blacknight did was nice too....

Dotz, I seriiously never get what you say. You were caught lying your ass off in some other forums about drifting, you said you had a 95 240sx with 200,000 miles on it and you wanted to either put on skyline headlights or do a s15 front conversion andget this or that for it. You also wanted the andrew racing veilside wheels....what abotu the bodykits you were talking about? those cost around 2gs. Then saying you sold your s14 'cause some kid in your school almost hit it? makes no sence to me. So you say you can buy a s14 for around 4000, but not a s13 for 2000 and buy a front end for 1000 and still have 1000 left over for paint? seriously though..ahh nevermind!

Don't think too much about it. Dotz was quite confused on what to do with a car. But the final choice he's made is to save up and get something else.....when he's ready to buy a car.

Hey DRG1 in the drifting section, I wa joking, and thts about it, I had a 95 240sx SE, it was red, but I did sold it like I said, I really don't wanna put a grand into a old car, I repeat OLD car, if you haven't read the forum, I don't really have much money, I only have like six grand, I was planning to get the older 240sx becasue it will cause cheaper, and go with a S13 JDM convertion, I thought the convertion will only cause me like 500-1000, but I didn't expect that much, so don't talk so much crap, and second of all I really can't decide now, since I'm not gonna get a car right now, I'm just asking all these questions for a research base, so I will know which car I will get when the time comes, maybe I will get the old 240 and do the JDM convertion on it, or maybe I will get a Imprezza RS like 95koukiS14 recommmanded, so I don't know, but I still like the S13 convertion, I think it looks hella nice, and like 95koukiS14 said, I am still in the process of thinking and deciding which car to get, so bear with me ......:doublefuc

[Yea, I'm not planning to get a 240sx, I'm plannning on getting an IMprezza RS, and turbo it, thats it, the Imprezza RS doesn't need much work done to it to make it look nice, IMO....

Hmmm, how much will you have left over for a turbo or a kit to "make it look nice". And how were you joking about the drifting topic? you got caught and tried to say you were joking. so please.....
