ok, im about to go look at a white 1990 240sx hatchback with 130,000 miles in a few days. Its an automatic :eek4: but they only want $2500 for it and the car is in awsome condition! do you guys think I should do it? oh and this is my first time posting:thumbsup

$2500 seems like a lot for a ka24e auto. if the car was absolutely rust free, maybe...
i got my most recent 240 for about that. it had 110k, 5spd, ka24de, weldlocd vIII diff, mr track coils. so i really don't think that's such a great deal. i got my first 240 for $400 lol

oh yea my 240 is RED pretty much stock-got it for $2600 some say expensive but its cleeeeeeeeeeean , cept for the chrome rims circa 1990! no rust, clean as hell ! sucks that its ka24e tho, well actually no because i can slap a gt3037 thats sitting on my desk as a paperweight on and make about 270hp! for hella cheap...

i'm new to the forum and i just bought my first 240 with plans for a 240sx D-Spec (Drift-Spec). it's full of rust and needs love but i'm going to buy sway bars and do a 300zx brake swap, those, along with beginning body repair are my immdiate plans, so hello everyone.

hey red what part of maryland are you from? i am from maryland also and do not buy that 240 that is way to expensive for a 90 auto. just take your time and find what you really want..."a red 240". just look and maybe you will end up like me and find exactly what you are looking for $500. just look around and dont rush it or settle for any 240.
from personal experience... www.autotrader.com is awsome if ur lookin to buy stock cars....

i jus bought my 97 240sx kouki, auto, white, SE, AEM intake, HKS full cat-back exhaust, HID headlights. the interior is like perfect, body is in okay condition jus L/R panel needs some bodywork and some scratches on the rear bumper. i got it for 5000. good deal? no?
