Drill a hole right there (see picture below) and get a nipple and put it through the inside going outward (so the nut part is inside the piping and the nipple is going through the piping, this way the nipple cannot "blow" out due to turbo pressure) and then JB Weld it in (JB Weld is just going to seal it and keep the nipple from moving NOT from blowing out so I guess you could use high temp silicone or some sealer like that).
This setup worked for me (although the JB Weld needs some fixed/repair about every month but no biggie)
Second from top is what mine looked like.
This ^^ is the simplest way and cheapest way.
I got a different hotpipe so I just took a nipple down to the local muffler shop and had them weld it for ~$10, but all I could find was a brass fitting and it basically exploded when it was welded so I had to use alittle JB Weld to seal some small holes.
As far as intercooler fitting....it doesnt haha.
I had to cut my bumper up quite a bit. As you can see, I only have about 2" of bottom lip left.
and the intercooler goes to where that little bar is under the bumper opening (if you have the silvia front end) and it does hang about 1/2 and inch below the stock bumper cover but you cant see it unless you get on the ground like this.
The actual metal bumper needs to be significantly knotched
