does anyone know where you can get OEM or aftermarket replacement quarter pannels perferbaly OEM because aftermarket fits like ass and nothing really lines up...i did a search and no luck finding anything...but id like to replace the quarters on my 240 as well as everyother body pannel for a project over the next couple years but im planning this ahead to see how much i am going to be spending seeing im in school now and im gonna be getting out in a year...im planning this project for the next couple years.....but id like to get the parts soon for the body work...thanks in advance

are you talking about rear-quarter panels? nobody sells them and they're not exactly something you can just swap out as they're welded in. the only thing you'll be able to find are patches off of a donor car or rear "widebody" overlays

i know they are weld on thats what im talking about...im sure there is a company out there that sells replacements...but i just gotta find it.... and all im doing is looking for the part because i know how to do the body work and replace the pannels myself

then go to RaceOnUSA.com crap i messed that site up before!!! MY BAD!!!! but they have either 30mm widebody or 50mm widebody rear panels!!! i think they have replacements as well just stock size!!!

hahah true very true, but yeah if u planning a project car, why not do something not a lot of people do and make it a "project". I think it would proablly be the same if not cheaper to do the 30mm widebody rear pannels and plus you are going to school for body work so it will be a peice of cake.Shwag said:

i would if they were constructed out of metal...i would rather work with metal than fiberglass but i still have a while before this project is even started
