Sorry everybody, forgot about posting to this site.. Here's the latest updates on the car.. Things are going to slow down for a little while as we move to a new shop but I'll try to keep everybody updated..

Nick from OmegaMotive volunteered his skills and time to come in from the western part of VA to give us a hand working on the 240 and to deliver the intake and turbo manifolds.. The quality of his work is absolutely amazing plus he's a great guy to work with. I will no doubt use him for anything that I need fabricated as well as recommend him..

Now onto the bad news.. Stupid fucking Weld shipped me the wrong rear wheels.. Even though they are labeled correctly, the lug pattern is not the correct one for what we ordered.. Luckily we had another set of wheels and a set of old slicks (bigger than the ones we're going to be running) so we were still able to get the car on the ground and roll it around for the first time..

So far all of our measurements have come out perfect and Nick did an incredible job at tig/mig welding the frame in.. Big  to him..

Now onto the pics.. Enjoy!

The car on the ground for the first time in I don't know how long..

as always I love seeing your threads zero, but you never answered my question on MA240... what is the actual better aspect of having a tapered intake plenum like yours as opposed to a log style?

Sorry man, didn't see your question till you mentioned it.. Basically it has to do with the velocity of the air (faster the air = more power).. So between the tapered portion of the intake and the velocity stacks, we should be good.. So for instance a regular log manifold that has good flow numbers may not perform as well as one that is tapered and/or has velocity stacks..
