sounds like a clutch cable to me, but im not positive. ask fonix
yeah, sounds like you need to bleed the hydraulics in the clutch system.
yaaaa....plans for intake exhaust and headers....front and rear sway bars...strut bars...s15 conversion (found out its almost the same price as a kouki conversion, so might as well do s15 and be one of the only ones in SD)....and in due time...a turbo.sounds like my car when i first bought it. chances are it was well kept & you have a great money pit on your hands. not because it will take along of maintenance. but just because you wont be able to stop pouring all your money into it.
where would i get said fluid? ive checked all the local auto part stores online and they dont have them. Do i need to internet order them?Depending on the fluid you buy it might be cheap or expensive. A good cheap fluid is the Pennzoil Synchromesh Fluid. You need 2.5qts.
Also removing the damper will probably make it easier to drive because you'll have more clutch feel.
ok cool thanks. god this car is just problem after problem. im having a hard time believing anything that old man and his son said. they said it had nothing wrong with it besides clear coat. now theres this problem which is worsening and is affecting the reverse too, i need to have an oil leak fixed and change the oil, needed a new blower motor because the one it came with died on the way home (it was sitting so long, i think it said wtf and died. it had a DEAD SPIDER INSIDE the blower motor!) needs a new shift boot in a bad way, possibly tranny mounts, has an exhaust leak, and the gas tank hose had a kink in it (though this was an ez fix).napa would have transmission fluid that you can use. autozone and advanced auto generally doesn't carry manual tranny fluid.
