so check this, whenever i turn on my lights on my hatch it comes up. but whenever i turn it off sometimes it goes down and sometimes i just stays up. any thoughts on what i should do?

i would check the retract relay under the hood.

play with that headlight button on the left...

replace headlight motors or check the relays. they go back over time.

the headlight button on the left is going to yield the same results as turning the lights on/off.

Make sure the button that puts put the headlight assembly up is not pressed. if it is pressed then your lights will just stay up. also you can check on the mrt fuse, it's the one that is fused for the headlight motors. if you pull it then your headlights will stay wherever they are when it's pulled.
