97 s14 engine problems?

Hey everyone
I was referred to this site by a friend because im in the market for a s14 97-98.
I found one on craiglist the other day and was wondering what problems I should expect from a 97 240sx that has 58k miles on it.
Here is some info I got on the car:
-1997 240sx LE w/ s15 front end conversion(but no headlights)
-58,000 miles on stock engine-never modded except s15 conversion(or so the owner says)
-Clean title, 1 owner so far
-owner says he can provide maintenance records but not many of then since its 58k miles
-needs a paint job because of the conversion(non matching body)
-some aftermarket wheels(dunno what they are)

dunno if this info matters at all but:
-owner said he's never raced or beat up the car before and is selling it because he doesn't want the wife to have it from the divorce.

Is there anything I should be concerned about? so far the story on the car sounds good...
What do you think this car should be selling at anyhow? And is there anything I might have forgotten to ask the seller?

Thanks
-and yes i tried to do a search on something like this but i got no results. Or Im just a sucky searcher.

That's damn good low mileage for a 97. And even better that it's 1 owner. Wish the car (a 98) I'm in the process of buying is like that. If CarFax and or Autocheck records are clean I'd say go for it. I personally try to stay away from multicolored cars. What's his asking price? I'd offer $1k below that. If he's in a hurry to sell it in time for the divorce then he might be willing to deal.

The only problem I ever had with my '95 stock engine was the timing chain going bad. That's because I drove her hard though. 240's are pretty damn solid...

58k? thats insane. there really isn't much to look out for, as said 240's are pretty solid. just do a carfax, and make sure it was regularly maintained and it should be good. it is kind of unnerving that he has the partial front end conversion done, kinda makes you wonder if it was ever in a front end collision of any kind...

Yeah. It could've been in a crash that's not reported. I did that with my old leased car. Lol.
