The fan shroud does nothing? Actually its a very important part of channeling air through your radiator. And that silly propeller thingy on the front of the motor actually draws in that air.

the lip gets painted when it goes in for bodywork and respray

it does just fine without it, im in texas and havnt had trouble with overheating even when its above 90... but just in case, i have the cooling panel on and a bigger radiator and electric fan going on soon.

i want my car to be fast..... jk, small turbo hopefully next month, then another ka for the supercharger setup. I want to dyno both to finialy show whats better for your application, what ever it maybe.

yes, you can find them all over ebay.... its just a $60 knock off that came with a quick release, just somthing so i dont have to drive with a wheel that had a blown bag. It gets changed out when the seats and roll bar go in.

still not a fan of those side skirts, and it needs some wheels, but i still think it looks sick. and i'm proud of you for rebuilding a "dead" car like me :-D

someone also posted about the fan shroud... running the fan without the fan shroud is BAD. but takign the fan and fan shroud off and running a decent pull fan (not stock) that is hooked up to the ignition is good

yea, like i mentioned its been cool enough here to where it hasnt been a problem yet... the shroud was damaged from the wreck.. just an excuse to get rid of the stock fan.

thats what i did to my car. less turning mass on the pulley. But im too lazy to explain myself.
