niether, it's aluminum (recent discovery upon more reading) lol. That stainless steel rim is just an example of how the slip on trim fits on the wheel and is the same concept here just with a different metal and finish.

seriously that if hot! im suprised no company has done this before. I mean they do it to exhausts and everything else. But for sure my next set of wheels, after my miesters, will have that kind of lip on it. I just love it... *tear*
