I’ve been all over the forums searching for a solution but can’t seem to find one that works I have a 89 240sx SOHC I’m barely not passing emissions and was wonder if anyone had suggestions on anything I can do to pass I’m failing due to CO and HC

You're going to need to start trouble-shooting the problem. A common issue for both failures is the cat. However, HC and CO can also be attributed to troubles in the fuel systems. I'd start with the cat, if yours is old and then go from there.

Check all the vacuum relays and it's easy to do
