those that had/have bronze valve guides, did your machinist tell you to break it in with absolutely no boost(meaning stayig as close to 0psi n vacuum as possible) for 200miles? I just got my fully built motor done, and i was wondering would 6psi be safe. Because if i do the break in that is listed at http://mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm it would require boost. And i want my rings to seat properly so i dont get blow by.

i was told no boost by him because he said new valve guides have the tendency to seize up if not properly broken in before applying boost. Should i forego his word and still do the break in as listed, or listen and not have my rings properly sealed?

id baby it for maybe 100-150 miles then just beat the hell out of it.

i dont know, but if you cant get a good answer or the answer you get isnt the right one if got a good stock head you can borrow.
