hey, guys. Im trying to get front (lower) cover off. i dont need to remove the chain, dropped a bolt down along the chain while replacing upper tensioner. i have removed all belts, water pump, crank pulley, and all the 5 or 6 oil pan bolts that follow along the path of the cover. what is preventing it from coming off?
does the oil pan need to come completely off? anyways, i need a write up. frustrating how little jobs end up big jobs because of stupidity.
thanks guys

There is the oil pick up tube that is holding it in place. It has 2 bolts holding it to the front cover and on holding it to the block. It is a bitch I would say try using a telescopic magnet. If not you will either have to loosen the motor mounts and raise the motor. Then drop the pan, so you can get the bolt that holds the pick up tube to the block.

Or you can jack the motor and drop the front cross member, then drop the pan.

Either way it is fucked, definitely a design flaw of the KADE
