As long it has a KA with working Emissions yes. As far as other engine swaps being Emissions/Smog/50 State legal you'll have to check that

Are all 240SX 50-State certified?
Hi, I'm a newbie here. I live in California. I'm looking at a possibility of buying an S14 from out of state if I can't find a clean one locally. California has stricter smog law than other states. Are all 240SX 50-State certified? Thanks in advanced.
