i did the auto to manual swap with the KA motor and i didnt have to do anything in the dash. The only thing you needed to splice together are 2 thick wires right by the Fuse box near the battery. One Black and One White. I think you cut them from the harness and then Splice the Two together and then the car should start. I did it back in August and cant quite remember exactly where the wires are. Hope this helps.

you need to disable the ignition key capture system by removing the steering column lower cover and simply unplugging the module. "www.Srswap.com"

well i dont know how that would work, i have a Turbo timer which gets pluged in the the clips under the steering colum ???

oh well ill figure it out once i play with it

the 2 wire deal in is right under the fuse box thats next to the battery. if u look it the only one that right under the box. there are 3 plugs on the side and then there the one you have to connect behind those under the fuse box. took me a while to figuer out what they were talkin about on srswap.com but after looking for a while i found it. the steering column thing i never did beccuase i changed my tumbler for the jdm one. haha i wanted the key that came with my clip so yea.. thats what i did. hope this helps.

yeah you just have to splice those two wires together. I think that they are for the neutral safety switch. Be careful though, by splicing those two wires together you will be able to start the car in gear so make sure that you have the clutch in when you go to start the car.
