Best KA-T

Well i have been looking and im sure somewhere on this site someone has said it but i havent been able to find it and im stumped. i wanna build a KA-T because its more practical for me compared to getting an SR20, but point is i want a good horsepower raise and the least turbo drag possible and i just wanna know what would be the best turbo or turbo set up for the KA to get a decent horsepower and torque outta of it. Also what are the best and the most powerful parts i can get to rebuild my KA ? and what is the best chip i should get before the turbo and after ?
