big question

ok i have the ka24de, my motor has around 131,000 miles, its 5 spd. late yesterday i was going down a dark road i hit a bump, my shit smashed bad ( its slammed). all of a sudden my oil light came on, so i pulled over. checked to see if my oil pan was leaking and nothing. i checked the oil, it's full of it. when i start it, it sounds like a loud tick or knock, maybe timing chain?. there is oil but non in the head at all. any answers? maybe i dropped the line? i really dont know where to start any help i will appreciate thanks guys.
