whats your definition of "and stuff"
-are you willing to replace the hg?
-what about injectors and tuning?
-or do you just want to bolt a different turbo on, and turn up the boost?
i just want to bolt it on and turn up the boost>> its all stock just pullys, 2.5in full exhaust. but i do plan on putting bigger injectors if i buy the new turbo though
Go for the S15 turbo. You can get plenty of boost out of it. I may be wrong but i believe it is a T28.
ahh nice:idea:. thanks. what would i have to upgrade my injectors to and how much boost would be safe?
t88 bro go for it :)
Bwahahahahaha! *wipes tear from eye* good one...good one!

The most common turbo upgrade with maximal streetable power while still obtaining a bottom mount configuration and 91-93 octane gasoline would be the gt2871r....its got slightly bigger internals than the s15, retains the ball bearings, same manifold flange, but it just picks up where you'll find the s15 turbo falls off. Its the difference between pulling straight to redline with a stupid steep power curve or a power curve that sort of starts to plateau in the upper rpms. Do it big with some 740 CC injectors and a Z32 MAF with a solid tune and you'll never look back. I'd also reccomend ditching the 2.5 inch exhaust in favor of a 3 inch...
GTiR big T28 is nice too. Not BB but pushes more air. You can go 300-320 hp with this

Nice suggestion with 2.5 over the 3" exhaust. most people for get about back pressure :) Had a buddy of mine rocking a 86 prelude w/o an exhaust on it at all. sounded like an angry weed whacker. A mutual friend gave him his old 3" and it quieted down(as much as an angry honda can). Made the suggestion to go to 2.5 and it's much quieter and has better "pep in the step" as he put it.

Umm he said 3" over 2.5". Backpressure is pretty much void when talking about turbos.

Don't forget KA's too ;)

Grab a GT3071R with the T2 Housings and call it a day. Keep the boost under 18psi and you won't have any Boost Creep issues. Reason being is your stuffing a pretty large turbo in a small body and the WG isn't big enough to control higher boost apps. You should be good for 400whp+ which Max's out the Stock bottom end for a Daily Driven SR.

Oh??? I didn't even know that was a possibility! Awesome! I was almost certain that would necessitate a top mount manifold...cool! Guess ya learn something new everyday....AND now I know what I'M gonna do!;-)
